Returns are accepted only for incorrect item(s) received, or damaged items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We will replace the damaged/incorrect item(s) at no additional charge or provide a full refund upon receipt of the damaged/incorrect item(s).
For damaged/incorrect items please contact us at email@example.com. We will ask to provide an image of the damaged/incorrect item with the invoice. A refund or replacement will be issued to you on your credit card upon receipt of the damaged goods providing all conditions of our return policy are met. Two-way standard shipping will be covered for approved replacement items.
Save your shipping box! It needs to be inspected by the carrier. Claims cannot be made for damaged goods if the box is discarded. If a product has been damaged by our carrier, photos proving this claim must be sent to us.
Returned Orders Due to Incorrect Address: If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address in the system, provided by you (the customer) at the time of ordering, we will re-ship the order at your expense. If you (the customer) choose not to have the order re-shipped, the original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
